Dissemination of Information on European Union Projects
Every year, more and more opportunities open for domestic enterprises and institutions to improve their operations using European Union funds. Recipients of these funds are obliged to inform the public about the completion of different phases in accordance with the Public Image Guidelines in the government’s New Hungary Development Plan. In addition, applicants must devise an optimal communications strategy ahead of the bid. A through, well-timed, well coordinated communications plan is also essential once the tender has been won.
FLOW PR has managed information –dissemination about EU-funded projects for a number of companies. We help our partners prepare their tender communication strategy, providing constant consultation services. We also:

- write and edit invitations, press releases and other press materials in compliance with NHDP guidelines
- write and edit advertisements in compliance with NHDP guidelines, and manage their publication
- organise press events and other programmes such as press conferences, study tours, opening and closing events, and laying foundation stones
- manage the press, generate interviews, perform follow-up activity
- archive press appearances permanently
- manage photo documentation
- prepare ad hoc/monthly/project-end monitors
- design graphic marketing tools such as leaflets, posters, and billboards, edit their content and manage their production
- manage surveys
